About The Position

UH Ahuja Medical Center Emergency Department is a 43-bed ED, where we care for both adult and pediatric patients. You’ll work side by side with experienced nurses, providers, paramedics, and care assistants – together delivering high quality, compassionate care. This role is ideal for a New Grad RN looking for a supportive and education-focused culture within a Nurse Residency Program designed to assist in Transition To Practice.

Requirements

Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program
An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance.
Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
Education and degree verification will be required upon receiving a job offer.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred
