About The Position
Clare Hospital in the Clare Valley is recruiting for a Registered Nurse – Renal Dialysis (0.64 FTE, permanent) and an Enrolled Nurse – Acute (0.84 FTE, permanent). The roles are based at Clare Hospital within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network. The Clare Renal Dialysis Service provides nurse-supported maintenance haemodialysis to people living with chronic kidney disease, enabling them to receive treatment closer to home. The unit works with the Central and Northern Adelaide Renal and Transplantation Service, with access to specialist nephrology care through visiting consultants and telehealth. Nurses at Clare Hospital plan and deliver direct patient care, supporting clinical safety, compassion and professionalism. The hospital offers exposure across multiple service areas in a regional healthcare setting. The team provides personalised care that supports patients’ health, independence and wellbeing. Requirements
- Be registered or eligible for enrolment as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practising certificate.
- Undergo employment screening and meet immunisation requirements.
- Demonstrate integrity and commitment to providing service to the highest possible standard.
