About The Position

This is a 12-month fixed-term Enrolled Nurse position at Clayton. The Enrolled Nurse works closely with Registered Nurses and provides day-to-day support to Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), encouraging them to develop their skills, think independently, and contribute confidently to resident care. The role combines nursing and team-support skills to help deliver exceptional care.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration with relevant nursing qualifications.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse in clinical or aged-care settings.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC processes, OH&S, food safety, and relevant legislative requirements.
• Relevant work permits.
• NDIS Worker Screening.

Nice To Haves

• Residential aged-care experience, including supporting Registered Nurses with assessments and contributing to Care Plans.
