About The Position
Snowtown Hospital, part of the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a permanent 0.53 FTE position and Enrolled Nurses for two temporary positions: 0.84 FTE until 05/01/2027 and 0.63 FTE until 23/08/2027. Snowtown is a welcoming rural town in South Australia’s Mid North, approximately 150 kilometres from Adelaide. Snowtown Hospital provides care in a modern, supportive environment. Its services include 3 acute beds and 5 MPS aged care beds in the hospital, plus 19 aged care beds at the recently refurbished Lumeah Home. All rooms are single rooms with private ensuites. Clinical services include 24-hour accident and emergency care, acute inpatient services, palliative care, residential aged care, and visiting General Practitioner and Allied Health services. Nurses work across the hospital’s areas of service, caring for acute patients, aged care residents, and emergency presentations as part of a friendly, collaborative team.
