About The Position

Lead the charge in delivering exceptional, compassionate patient care on our Progressive Care Unit. You'll harness the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to craft individualized care plans, guide your team, and empower patients and families with the knowledge they need. Requirements

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and strong analytical capabilities for developing and implementing effective nursing care plans.
• Proficiency in delivering comprehensive professional nursing services across diverse and complex clinical scenarios.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare personnel.
• Current, active licensure from the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Healthcare Provider Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program preferred.
