Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care. You'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team. Your expertise will directly support patient goals and improve outcomes in lactation consultation or wound care. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).

- BSN preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families.
- Delegate, supervise, and document nursing care and patient/family teaching.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
