About The Position

This role involves providing high-quality, direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The nurse will lead the execution and continuous monitoring of individualized patient care plans, act as a central point of coordination for communication among disciplines, accurately implement and document physician orders and nursing directives, and proactively assess and coordinate discharge planning needs.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years level IV NICU experience preferred
