Registered Nurse - MS/Tele
About The Position
Palliative care focuses on providing relief from the side effects of serious illness. This unit will be providing symptom management for patients still under treatment – uncontrolled pain, severe nausea/vomiting, failure to thrive, fatigue, etc. for a better quality of life. The ideal candidates are med surg nurse that want to enhance their palliative care skills while also seeing other high acuity med surg units via floating. If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of acute care RN experience required
- BLS certification required
- EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!
Nice To Haves
- PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
Responsibilities
