About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The nurse will float between units and is not required to be on-call. Weekends are required every other weekend. Block schedules are approved but not required. The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. A seasoned traveler with at least one contract is required. 48 hours are approved. The facility is a Short Term Acute Care hospital with 379 total staffed beds and is a Level II Trauma Center.
Requirements
- Seasoned traveler required
- At least one contract required
- RN license
- Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire (Scrub tops may have colored piping.)
- Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU).
- Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire.
