About The Position
This is a travel, temporary assignment for a Registered Nurse in Long Term Care (LTC) located in Keene, New Hampshire. The assignment is for 8 weeks, starting on 09/07/2026, and involves working nights. The role is within a skilled nursing facility setting. The position is for local candidates only.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire (NH RN)
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current BLS certification
- Prior LTC/SNF experience or strong preference for long-term care familiarity
- Ability to work nights and thrive in a demanding skilled nursing setting

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects per facility protocol.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide wound care and maintain safety and infection control standards.
- Respond to patient and family questions, and educate on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
- Ensure timely nursing documentation and incident reporting in the electronic health record.
