About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Interventional Radiology to join our team. This is a 13-week contract position with shifts consisting of 3x12 days. The role involves providing care for patients undergoing various interventional radiology procedures. Weekend coverage varies, and call shifts are required, including one night during the week every other week and one weekend call shift every 4-6 weeks. Pending licenses are accepted for quick starts, but local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this contract.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Interventional Radiology.
- 3-5 years of ICU Experience Required.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Valid RN license (pending license accepted for quick starts).
- Ability to work night shifts and cover call shifts.
- Must not have a permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures such as CT guided biopsy, Fistulograms, GJ-tube placement, Lower extremity angiograms, nuclear med/stress tests, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and Y90 procedures.
- Participate in weekend coverage as needed.
- Be available for call shifts, including nights during the week and weekend call shifts.
- Ensure availability during call shifts even if night shift staff are present.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
