About The Position

Oversees patient care activities as well as operational activities for the assigned facility. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Academic degree in nursing.
• Two years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse or in a related position.
• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field, such as Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management.
