About The Position

National Park Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to provide clinical and operational oversight across the hospital during an assigned night shift. The position is part of the nursing leadership team at the 163-bed hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The House Supervisor serves as a resource for nursing staff, helps coordinate patient placement and staffing needs, supports timely decision-making, and promotes safe, high-quality patient care as hospital needs change.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the patient's condition and age.
• Complete timely and appropriate medical-record documentation relating to medical necessity.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
