About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse House Supervisor at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI, within the Nursing Administration department. The position is part-time with rotating shifts. The supervisor will be responsible for assigning, directing, educating, monitoring, and providing input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations for shift staff. They will also assess daily patient care needs, create and distribute assignments, ensure quality care delivery, assess the effectiveness of patient care, identify issues impacting outcomes, and respond to patient care complaints through established organizational channels.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities
