About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse House Supervisor at Cedar Park Medical Center in Cedar Park, TX, within the Nursing Administration department. The schedule is PRN for the Night Shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The position involves directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff to ensure seamless clinical operations and high-quality care. It also includes contributing to staff development through performance evaluations and input on hiring and training, assessing daily patient needs for care assignments, evaluating patient care effectiveness, and resolving patient care complaints.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
