Registered Nurse - Hospice Case Manager

About The Position
This position manages a caseload of patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The nurse uses the nursing process, delegates patient care tasks, and supervises other patient care staff. The role coordinates care for a group of patients and consults with other members of the health care team when indicated. Nursing care must comply with the Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in Missouri and Kansas, or a Compact license.
- BLS certification.
- Driver's license.
- Flexibility.
- Associate degree.
Responsibilities
