Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to help patients spend quality time with loved ones and continue activities they enjoy. The nurse builds compassionate, trusting relationships with patients and their families, educates caregivers, and collaborates with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity. Requirements

• An RN license in the state where the employee works.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse.
• A current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
