Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Outpatient Medical Oncology Clinic at the Baptist MD Anderson Clay Campus. This is a Full-Time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The Registered Nurse in this role will positively impact patient outcomes by providing, coordinating, and supporting evidence-based direct patient care. Responsibilities include working closely with a Physician and other team members to provide patient care and education, utilizing strong phone assessment skills, and working autonomously in a clinic environment. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, initiating process suggestions, and effective prioritization. Opportunities for learning and growth are available through collaboration and continuing education.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Nursing Experience Required
• Associate of Science in Nursing Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Required
• Driver's Licensed Required

Nice To Haves

• Oncology Experience Preferred
