About The Position

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Medical Oncology Clinic at Baptist MD Anderson Clay Campus. As a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Medical Oncology Clinic, you will positively affect patient outcomes by providing, coordinating, and supporting evidence-based direct patient care. You will work closely with a Physician and other team members to provide patient care and education. You will have strong phone assessment skills and be able to work autonomously in a clinic environment. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, be able to initiate process suggestions, and prioritize well. There will be many opportunities to learn and grow through collaboration and CE opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Nursing Experience Required
• Associate of Science in Nursing Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA Required
• Driver's Licensed Required

Nice To Haves

• Oncology Experience Preferred
