About The Position

Requirements
- Current registered nurse license in good standing
- Ability to work in a hospital ER setting on a travel assignment
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Availability to begin on 10/12/2026 for a 13-week assignment
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines as needed.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in care planning and delivery.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor status, document care, and respond to clinical changes; communicate with the care team.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, advocate for patients, and support family education as appropriate.
