About The Position

J Edward Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Lawrence, Massachusetts. This is an evening shift position, working from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, for a 17-week assignment from October 14, 2025, to February 7, 2026. The Emergency Department has 41 private exam beds, a 7-bed Accelerated Care Unit, and 35 hall beds, with an average daily census of 75 patients. Christmas coverage is mandatory and no Christmas requests for time off will be approved. The role requires experience with pediatrics as part of patient ratios. The facility uses Meditech Expanse 6 EMR, which is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Updated resume with 2+ years of ED experience (must include travel experience).
• 2 recent RN references (Charge RN/Manager preferred).
• Completed skills checklist matching ED specialty.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• TNCC certification.
• Permanent MA RN license.
• Must have pediatric experience and be comfortable with pediatrics as part of patient ratios.
• RTO must be declared at time of submission.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Meditech Expanse 6 EMR.

Responsibilities
