Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology - Ambulatory Triage
About The Position
This position offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus and is referral eligible, seeking RNs with a minimum of one year of experience. Recent nurse graduates are encouraged to apply through a separate pipeline requisition for suitable opportunities. The role is within the Electrophysiology Ambulatory team, supporting patients with complex cardiac rhythm needs. It is a Monday–Friday position (at least four days from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) focusing on EP-specific triage calls, processing pacemaker reports, and collaborating with providers. Strong clinical judgment, EKG interpretation, and clear communication are essential, with knowledge of pacemakers and defibrillators being highly valued in this technical, rewarding outpatient role.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be considered for candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO review and approval)
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
- Strong clinical judgment
- EKG interpretation skills
- Clear communication
