Requirements

Able to work in a hospital setting with a dialysis specialty focus.
Available for a 13-week travel assignment starting 09/28/2026.
Willingness to work 4x10-hour day shifts (40 hours per week).
Travel nursing readiness and adaptability to a hospital environment.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion to plan and implement patient care.
Assess patient needs, monitor conditions, administer medications per orders, and document care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Promote patient safety, comfort, and education for patients and families.
