About The Position

This role involves leading the development of clinical standards and care plans, acting as a strategic resource to empower nursing staff and elevate patient outcomes. The coordinator will direct the implementation of therapy programs, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are secured for a safe, effective healing environment. Additionally, they will support team excellence through active supervision and mentorship of nursing staff, fostering a culture of clinical accountability. Maintaining an Active RN License and clinical leadership experience is crucial to ensure all patient care journeys are documented with precision and regulatory integrity.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
3+ years as an RN with Athena EMR knowledge.
Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, reporting, and PowerPoint.
