About The Position

Deliver personalized bedside care by administering treatments and medication in alignment with top clinical standards to drive optimal patient recovery. Champion multidisciplinary care plans by assessing patient needs, monitoring vital conditions, and adjusting interventions to ensure continuous, high-quality treatment. Serve as the primary clinical coordinator between physicians, specialists, and families to foster seamless communication and alignment across all stages of care. Drive proactive discharge planning from day one, collaborating with the care team to prepare patients and families for a safe, confident transition home.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
1 year of RN experience in a clinic setting
OBGYN experience
