Role Overview: This position involves rotating through four key areas: Pre-Op, Post-Op, Circulator, and Scrub. Team Structure: Our team consists of 35 members. Daily staffing can range from 8 to 20 team members depending on caseload and unit needs.

Requirements

  • 1 year RN experience
  • Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in GI, procedural, surgery, ER, or critical care settings
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
