About The Position

Cavanaugh Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their team. As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to patients. You will work closely with dentists to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The practice uses Denticon for its PMS and averages 8 patients per day. A morning huddle occurs at 7:45 AM.

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR Certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Delivery of an exceptional patient experience
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction, and feedback
