Experienced Registered Dental Assistant
About The Position
Gloss Dental (Fredericksburg Rd) is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to help provide patient care and support dentists during treatment. The role includes preparing patients for exams, taking digital X-rays, maintaining a sterile and organized clinical environment, educating patients about treatment and aftercare, and supporting appointment and patient-care management. The RDA also performs teeth polishing and sealant placement and helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday. Requirements
- Valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant license.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Registered Dental Assistant.
- Proficiency in digital X-rays and charting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a fast-paced general or pediatric dental practice.
- Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing certifications; training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
