About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Concord, North Carolina. The schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays in the afternoons, approximately 6 hours per week, with exact session times from 5-8 PM. Conversational Spanish is required for this case. A BCBA is already assigned to the client and will provide a treatment plan and a handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases. Step Ahead ABA is committed to providing therapy to families on Medicaid across North Carolina, ensuring dedicated care managers and schedules that accommodate the client's needs, family's availability, and the RBT's schedule, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Thu afternoons, about 6 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.
• Conversational Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Attend training and required meetings.
