About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The position offers real supervision with in-session checks, observations, and feedback. You will be responsible for collecting session data and submitting notes. Non-billable time, including training and meetings, is compensated. The company has a strong clinical team with over 40 years of combined ABA experience.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Thu afternoons, about 8 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Nice To Haves

• Complimentary support from Step Ahead to obtain RBT certification is offered if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Attend training and required meetings.
