About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time position serving a single client in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The schedule is fixed: Monday through Thursday afternoons, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, totaling approximately 12 hours per week. This role requires conversational Spanish. The client already has an assigned BCBA, and RBTs receive a thorough handoff before their first session. Step Ahead ABA focuses on providing therapy to families on Medicaid across Oklahoma, ensuring dedicated care managers and schedules that accommodate the client's needs, family availability, and the RBT's schedule, rather than corporate hour targets.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu afternoons, approximately 12 hours per week (4pm-7pm).
• Conversational Spanish.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
• Participate in real supervision, including in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
• Attend required meetings and training.
