About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a client in Wake Forest, North Carolina. This position offers a consistent schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday middays, totaling approximately 16 hours per week. The exact session times are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This posting is for a single client case, meaning the hours and days are fixed. A BCBA is already assigned to the client and will provide a thorough handoff before the first session. Current RBTs are given priority for new cases.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri middays, about 16 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Attend training and required meetings.
