About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for one client in Greensboro, North Carolina. This position involves delivering direct therapy (97153) based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan created by a BCBA. The role includes collecting session data and submitting notes. Supervision is provided through in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback. Non-billable time, such as training and meetings, is paid at $10 per hour.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri afternoons, about 16 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
