About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in High Point, North Carolina. This position offers a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 15 hours per week, with exact session times from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan developed by an assigned BCBA, who provides direct supervision and support. Step Ahead ABA focuses on serving families on Medicaid and ensures schedules are built around the client's needs, the family's availability, and the technician's availability, rather than a corporate hours target. The company emphasizes a supportive clinical environment with experienced BCBAs and directors.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 15 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks in session, observation, and feedback.
• Engage actively in sessions with the client.
