About The Position

BH Field is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home applied behavior analysis services to clients with IDD/ASD and support their families. RBTs work one-to-one with clients, implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition protocols, collect behavioral data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The organization promotes continuous learning and ongoing research in ABA therapy.

The position is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia 30045, with sessions scheduled Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to client locations are required. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience as an RBT.
• Valid RBT certification number.
• Active driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to commute to client case locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Catalyst or other data-collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-to-one direct ABA services to clients.
• Follow behavior-reduction and behavioral skill-acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and the supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during behavioral assessments and with preparing client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to support effective treatment implementation.
