About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Oklahoma City and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for someone who is free Monday-Friday afternoons/evenings and is looking for a case where a BCBA is already assigned and covers the region. The placement team will provide exact days, times, and neighborhood details during the interview process before any commitment is made. Current RBTs at Step Ahead are given priority for new cases to ensure continuity for clients and consistent hours for technicians. This position is also suitable for those accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA if the availability matches. The company emphasizes that cases fill quickly and the posting remains active only until a client is matched.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday-Friday afternoons/evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

• Accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Collaborate with the assigned BCBA and the family's care manager for support.
• Participate in competency assessments, observation, and feedback sessions with the BCBA.
• Treat a family's home with respect, as if it were a family's home.
