About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Edmond and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role involves delivering direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client. Your BCBA is assigned before you start, and you will receive the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager as support. Supervision is supportive, with your Step Ahead BCBA providing competency assessments, observation, and feedback. You will collect session data and submit notes for the work you do. Non-billable time is paid. Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you. The RBTs who do best with us are passionate about their kiddos, read the plan before the session, communicate proactively with their BCBA, and treat family homes with respect. They show up consistently and treat each child as unique. This role is for someone who wants a real career supporting children with autism, with a supportive team of RBTs and BCBAs and a company that offers flexibility.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stay active and engaged in session

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
• Communicate proactively with your BCBA when something looks off.
• Treat a family's home like a family's home.
