About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Spencer and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for individuals who are free during Mon-Fri evenings. A BCBA is already assigned to this case and covers this region. Our current RBTs get priority for new cases to ensure continuity for clients and consistent hours for our RBTs. If you are accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA and this matches your availability, we encourage you to apply. Cases fill quickly, so if this posting is active, the case is still open. Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

• Accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Communicate with BCBA regarding client progress and any observed issues.
• Treat a family's home with respect.
• Show up consistently for scheduled sessions.
