About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Oklahoma City and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for someone who is free Monday-Friday evenings. A BCBA is already assigned to this case and covers this region. We prioritize internal RBTs for new cases to ensure continuity for clients and provide consistent hours for our technicians. If you are accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA and this matches your availability, we encourage you to apply. Cases fill quickly, so if this posting is active, the case is still open. Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability Mon–Fri evenings
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stay active and engaged in session

• Accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Collaborate with assigned BCBA and family care manager for support.
