About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Midwest City and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for individuals who are available Monday-Friday mornings/afternoons. A BCBA is already assigned to this case and covers this region. Current RBTs at Step Ahead get priority for new cases to ensure continuity for clients and consistent hours for technicians. This position is suitable for those accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA if the availability matches. The company focuses on providing therapy to families on Medicaid across Oklahoma, offering dedicated care managers and flexible schedules. Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings/afternoons
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stay active and engaged in session

• Accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Attend training and required meetings.
