About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Bloomington and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for someone who is free Monday-Friday evenings. A BCBA is already assigned to this case and covers this region. Our current RBTs get first look at every new case to ensure continuity for clients and hours for our RBTs. If you are accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA and this matches your availability, we encourage you to apply. Cases fill quickly, so if this posting is up, the case is still open. We match RBTs to cases based on clinical needs and schedule fit. We are transparent about case details before you commit, prioritizing client needs. You will deliver direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA. Your BCBA will be assigned before you start, providing the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager for support. Supervision is supportive, with competency assessments, observation, and usable feedback from your Step Ahead BCBA. You will collect session data and submit notes for your work. Non-billable time is paid. Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and available to support you.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability Mon–Fri evenings
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stay active and engaged in session

• Accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
