About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Omaha and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for someone available Mon-Fri evenings. A BCBA is already assigned to this case and covers this region. Our placement team will provide exact days, times, and neighborhood details during the interview process before any commitment is made. We prioritize internal RBTs for new cases to ensure continuity for clients and consistent hours for our technicians. This is a great opportunity for those accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA if the schedule aligns. Cases fill quickly, so if this posting is active, the case is still open.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Nice To Haves

• Accruing supervision hours toward BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA who is assigned before the start date.
• Support the family's care manager.
• Engage in supportive supervision with the BCBA, including competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
