Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Ashland, VA - Mon–Fri evenings

Step Ahead ABA•Ashland, VA
•$22 - $23•Onsite

About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Ashland and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for someone who is free during Mon-Fri evenings and is looking for a case where a BCBA is already assigned and covers the region. The placement team will provide exact days, times, and neighborhood details during the interview process before any commitment is made. Step Ahead ABA believes every autistic child and their family deserves access to therapy, regardless of income, and supports families on Medicaid across Virginia. They also prioritize supporting their technicians with flexible hours, competitive pay, and a clear career path. The placement process matches RBTs to cases based on clinical needs and schedule availability, with transparency about case details before acceptance. The RBT will deliver direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan created by the assigned BCBA. Supervision is supportive, offering competency assessments, observation, and feedback. Session data collection and note submission are required, and non-billable time is paid. BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and available for support.
