About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Bellevue and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role is ideal for someone who is free Monday-Friday evenings and is looking for a BCBA-supervised case in the Bellevue region. Our placement team will provide specific details about days, times, and the neighborhood during the interview process before any commitment is made. We prioritize current RBTs within Step Ahead for new cases to ensure continuity for clients and consistent hours for our technicians. This is a great opportunity for those accruing supervision hours toward their BCBA. Cases fill quickly, so if this posting is active, the case is still available. Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability Mon–Fri evenings
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stay active and engaged in session

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work performed.
• Participate in supportive supervision with the BCBA, including competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Treat a family's home with respect.
• Show up consistently for sessions.
