About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Burlington and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role involves delivering direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client. Your BCBA is assigned before you start, and you will receive the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager as support. Supervision is supportive, with your Step Ahead BCBA providing competency assessments, observation, and feedback. You will collect session data and submit notes for the work you do. Non-billable time is paid. Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you.

Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stay active and engaged in session

Nice To Haves

• Accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
