About The Position

Step Ahead ABA has an in-home case open in Statesville and we're looking for the right RBT for it. This role involves delivering direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client. Your BCBA is assigned before you start, and you will receive the plan, an introduction, and the family's care manager as support. Supervision is supportive, with your Step Ahead BCBA providing competency assessments, observation, and feedback. You will collect session data and submit notes for the work you do. Non-billable time is paid. Our BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you. The RBTs who do best with us are passionate about their kiddos, read the plan before the session, communicate with their BCBA when something looks off, and treat a family's home with respect. They show up consistently and treat each child like the gem they are. Requirements

• Active RBT registration with the BACB, current on your start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior ABA experience
• Availability Mon/Wed/Fri mornings/afternoons/evenings
• Comfort working in a family's home
• Reliable transportation
• Able to stay active and engaged in session

• Accruing supervision hours toward your BCBA

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.
• Communicate with BCBA when something looks off.
