About The Position

Golden Steps ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism in an in-clinic setting in Madison, Tennessee. RBTs follow individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), receive BCBA guidance and supervision, and collaborate with their team to support client progress. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. Paid training and professional development opportunities are provided.

Requirements

Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification, if applicable to the opening.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities; helpful but not required.
Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
Use treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
Share observations and questions with the supervising BCBA.
Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
