About The Position

Golden Steps ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism in its Clarksville, Tennessee clinic. RBTs follow individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with ongoing BCBA guidance and team support. The role includes paid training and opportunities for continued professional development. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday, in-clinic position paying $20–$23 per hour. Requirements

Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification, if applicable to the opening.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities; this is helpful but not required.
Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism according to BCBA-developed treatment plans.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
Use client-specific treatment strategies and behavior support plans.
Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
Share observations and questions with the supervising BCBA.
Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
