Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time
About The Position
Westside is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for its Loves Park Clinic in Loves Park, Illinois. The RBT works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. Westside describes its workplace as supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping team members feel valued and empowered. The hourly pay range is $21.00–$25.50, based on skills and experience. The work schedule is Mondays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an active RBT certification within 60 days of hire.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence with a variety of computer applications.
- A comfortable persona for developing relationships with children and their families.

Responsibilities
- Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
- Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA to ask questions and receive feedback.
- Collect and record client behavioral data.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Build relationships with children and their families and make sessions engaging and enjoyable.
- Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and team members to support each child’s progress.
- Adapt to each child’s unique needs.
