Registered Behavior Technician (part-time)
About The Position
SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to join its team in Columbia, Tennessee. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The role supports youth with developmental disabilities by implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis programs and providing one-to-one therapy in home or community settings. Treatment goals are implemented under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The therapist tracks client progress, provides feedback to the supervisor, and facilitates communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals. SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides integrated behavioral services for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Its team includes behavior analysts, therapists, social workers, counselors, and psychologists.
Requirements
- Certified behavior technician certificate.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a behaviorally challenged population.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and insurance.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
- Provide one-to-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Provide feedback regarding client progress to the supervisor.
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
- Track client progress and program data.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information.
